CalHOPE Youth is available in beta to all 13-25 years olds in the counties of Stanislaus and San Joaquin, California. From January 1, 2024, CalHOPE Youth will be available to all 13 - 25s across the State of California.
App Features:
- A personal journal for your thoughts: Let out your feelings, big or small, with or without prompts in Free Write.
- Take a breather: Interactive tools designed to give your brain a break. Find your focus with calming sounds or be creative!
- Find community: Chat about anything thats clouding your mind - fears, anxieties, or those big existential questions. Engage anonymously with other users on the platform and learn from their experiences or share your own.
- Explore resources: Find out more about yourself and the world around you with interactive and educational content.
